I TYPED THE WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS BY ACCIDENT. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?
Please contact us as soon as possible with the correct shipping address and order number via email at: petrasaccessories@gmail.com, with the subject line: "WRONG ADRESS" before receiving the shipping confirmation email so we can edit your address to the correct one.
If you have received a shipping confirmation email that means your order has already been shipped and the post office is in possession of the package. In that case, since we cannot retrieve the package, if the address is not valid and the postal service returns the package to us we can resend it with the correct address.
**Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages due to wrong or incomplete addresses. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for resending the package.

1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and United States and are working to add new countries to our shipping destinations.
2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs varies depending on your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. ARE SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately shipping costs are non refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for wrong or incomplete addresses and lost or stolen packages. Once the packages are handed over to the post office, we have no control over them. If you have any issues with your package, contact us so we can assist you further.
4. DO YOU OFFER TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes. All packages are shipped through USPS and include a tracking number.
5. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our processing times vary from 1-3 days depending on the order on regular season and from 3-5 days on holiday season.
Shipping time usually varies from 5-7 days for domestic shipments on regular season.
6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your package once has been shipped with your tracking number here.
7. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
From time to time we offer store discounts and promotions that include free shipping. You can get notifications of offers, promotions and updates joining our mailing list here.

1. I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact us as soon as possible with you order number via email at: petrasaccessories@gmail.com, so we can assist you further. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email that means we are still processing you order and we can edit the order.
If you have received a shipping confirmation email that means your order has already been shipped and the post office is in possession of the package. In that case, since we cannot retrieve it, we need to wait until the package reaches you. Once you receive the package send us an email within 3 days of receiving it so we can start an exchange.
**Please note buyer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
